🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Peak season orders may require extra time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Local Orders: 2–5 business days

    • Nationwide Orders: 5–10 business days

    • International Orders: 10–20 business days (subject to customs delays).

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delays

  • We are not liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holds.

  • Please double-check your shipping address. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • For lost packages, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every bite of your chocolates. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., melted or consumed items) cannot be returned.

How to Return

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, promotional bundles, and opened food products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
